Advance your career as a Personal Assistant in an exciting newly created role supporting 2 x General Managers and 1 x Senior Manager within our Corporate and Commercial Transactions team . Based in our Sydney head office, you will thrive working with diverse teams and leadership and will be the key first line of contact, providing administrative support alongside high-level coordination.

About the role

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Diary Management and coordination of any related travel requirements
  • Managing inbox and confidential information as required
  • Prioritising correspondence accordingly and briefing the General Managers
  • Preparing presentations, correspondence and reports as required to deadlines
  • Information management and retrieval from relevant systems, including managing files and records and maintenance of processes
  • Provision of extensive administrative support including minutes taking and preparation of agendas
  • Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Set up team days, organise team meetings and set up purchase orders for approval.
  • Provide relief support to the EA to the Chief Investment Officer when required

  • About you:

  • Experienced, confident Personal Assistant accustomed to working in a fast paced, deadline driven, changing environment
  • Ideally a background within the property or high performing team in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with SharePoint, Ariba, SAP & Fraedom would be highly regarded but not essential
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative working style in conjunction with strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
