Desktop Support Engineer

Description
Duties to Be Performed:
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, laptops, desktops and hardware
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Structural cabling & configuring the network printers and scanner
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
- Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
- Diagnose and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and mainframe, e-mail, Internet, WLAN and local-area network access problems.
