Responsibilities
Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line / clients
Attend to all clients’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries
Responsive to internal and external customers call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Mandarin Speaking required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
Able to speak and communicate in English and Mandarin.
No experience required, willing to learn and accept new challenges.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Offered internship as well.
Proficiency in MS office
Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player with positive work attitude
Able to work in fast paced environment with high stress tolerance
Workings hours
Monday to Friday (8.45am – 6.00pm)
* During probation, require to report work on alternate Saturday half day.
* After Probation, will require to report one Saturday a month half day.
8.45am to 1pm (Saturday)*
