ACCOUNT AM / ACCOUNT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (REF:LN)

About the company
3 different companies that are doing Trading/Construction/Power Tools located in Subang Jaya.
Role & Responsibilities (AM):
Overview full set of accounts for the Company.
Review monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly performance report, analysis of accounts, management/statutory reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial reports and compliance with the Company's policies and accounting standards.
Prepare and Review annual budget, periodic forecast of cash flows/financial results and monitor actual performance against budget.
Identify issues and make proposals to align with corporate process and continuous improvements to achieve the Company's goals and objectives.
To assist in the implementation and monitoring of the operational procedures/systems.
Ensure all regulatory reporting and filing obligations are met, including liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory authorities on internal & external audit matters.
Custodian of Company assets and assist in controlling Company expenses.
Assist in any ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior
Requirements (AM):
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting or Finance. Those pursuing professional course such as ACCA, CAT, CIMA will also be considered.
prefer to have experience in IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards
Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experiences.
Minimum 5 years above working experience in accounting.
Possess a strategic mind set with high level of integrity, ethics and results driven.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions.
Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel.
Role & Responsibilities (Account & Admin):
Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc.
To ensure sales report / purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents according Company's policy and procedure.
To liaise and communicate with suppliers, outlets staff and others department to resolve any issues / discrepancies by e-mail, skype, phone or in-person.
Need to tally & reconcile the daily sales report from outlets.
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters
Requirements (Account & Admin):
Diploma/Degree in Accounting related, Experience in Account & Admin role are welcome to apply (SPM/STPM)
Knowledge of UBS and accounting/finance system is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office skills
Fresh graduates welcome to apply
Good communications skills both written and verbal.
