The Digital Marketing Executive is the key person in charge of executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Marketing Director such as; increasing digital/online sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions. The Digital Marketing Executive reports to the Marketing Manager.
Assist Marketing Manager in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
Generate, manage & publish relevant and engaging digital content for website and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.
Work with agency in planning and implementing the digital content calendar for EDM, Social Media and Google Ads platform.
Manage social media marketing campaigns, monitor and track online campaign progress to determine campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with digital agency to manage SEO campaigns
Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
Analyze digital and social marketing reports (including Google Analytics and Social Media) and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
Assist in the execution and launch of new products online campaigns for website and market places such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
Source, plan, manage and execute influencer campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
At least 3 years’ experience in social media & e-commerce activities.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business Admin or any related field.
Conscientious, patient, able to work within tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of principles in SEO including keyword search and Google Analytics.
Knowledge to setup and manage Telegram, Google Ads & Analytics, Social Media Advertising, SEO & SEM as well as to create EDMs via Mailchimp.
Knowledge to create EDM under Mailchimp.
Able to execute campaigns related to live streaming & Tik Tok will be an advantage.
