Job Description
Assist Section Head in fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the MBL System.
Assist Section Head to maintain and develop the growth of Key Accounts.
Assist Section Head / Sales team follow up on business prospect.
Timeliness and accuracy on handling business inquiries as per Quality System KPI.
Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
Build and proactively manage trust relationships with Key Accounts.
Go beyond clients' core business to identify new opportunities.
Be abreast of SGS new products and services and propose them to customers as appropriate.
Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.
At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in customer care field or any science related filed from recognized university/college.
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in related chemical field/customer care.
Able to work independently with min. supervision.
Fluent in English and local language, high level of written and verbal in English.
