Overview:

Full-time positions available starting at $15/hour with weekly pay, shift differentials, and the opportunity to earn an additional $2.50/hour each week based on performance!

This position reports to our Paoli, PA headquarters and follows a hybrid work schedule with opportunities to work both in the office and from home. New hire training and development is held in our Paoli, PA office.

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Customer Service Management team, the Customer Service Representative aids our customers after their purchasing experience. Essential in assisting customers to the best customer service experience post purchase.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Takes incoming calls from customers concerning post purchase related issues or concerns, including returning product, tracking orders, cancellations, etc.
Displays professional, courteous demeanor when handling customer calls. Provides prompt, efficient service to all customer inquiries
Efficiently enter and process customer requests
Answer questions & educate customers around policies & procedures.
Continues education through company sponsored program, LMS.
Notifies Customer Service Leadership of trends or problems encountered
Meets performance expectations of the position regarding customer service quality, productivity, and availability
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Performs varies assigned tasks directed from manager

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE (Special skills, knowledge of machines, procedures, etc.)

Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
Computer proficient
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 1 year of previous Customer Service experience.
Ability to maintain professionalism and use tact when dealing with difficult customers
Must have or have the ability to acquire automotive knowledge in all supported vehicles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Upon hire, successful completion of the Turn5 customer service new hire training program
Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills -i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.
Bi-lingual a plus
