Business Segment: Consumer & High Net Worth Clients To support the Head of the Segment by providing a consolidated view of customer value proposition (CVPs) delivery across the segment and its effectiveness across all 15 countries through appropriate analysis, insights, and recommendations for all group sub-segments of Affluent and High Net Worth (HNW) Clients (e.g., Private, Prestige, Professional, Family, etc.). To build and provide high-impact data driven insights and analytics to better understand client behaviours and life journeys. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Experience Required Consumer & High Net Worth Affluent & High Net Worth Clients Experience Required : More than 10 years Experience in sourcing and providing relevant data analyses, strategic insights, and recommendations for the development of customer value propositions. Knowledge of the banking products, systems and processes, the digital environment and how it relates to the banking industry. Good understanding of behavioural economics and its practical application. Experience in reporting, e.g. the ability to build a Power BI report and other reporting data for day-to-day reporting for the segment. Client Coverage Client Enablement Experience Required : More than 10 years Experience in developing, designing, and enabling value propositions for Affluent clients in multiple markets within South Africa or Africa Regions. Proven track record in organisations of comparable size and complexity. In-depth understanding of digital, open banking and platform integration into CHNW segments.
