Business Segment: Consumer & High Net Worth Clients Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 To ensure the effective implementation of all the Loyalty and Rewards enhancements across Consumer and High Net Worth (CHNW) Banking and Wealth and Investments in line with the Loyalty and Rewards strategy.To effectively prioritise enhancements considering several factors (e.g., risk, compliance,customer, complexity, stakeholders, etc.) in order to deliver appropriate change in line withteam objectives.To ensure implementations are undertaken in the most effective and profitable mannerand in line with SBSA architecture and technology standards.To oversee and manage the enhancement process by co-ordinating project planning from the initial proposal stage through resource planning, and project administration to project completion.Qualifications Degree in Business Commerce or Information Technology5 - 7 years' ExperienceUnderstanding of business operations, business process management and business process design.Proven track record of project delivery. Experience in managing external vendors. Understanding of risks and controls.Experience in senior stakeholder management. Understanding of the banks processes, procedures, and systems and NWOW.Experience with management of operational risk requirements. Experience with interacting with compliance areas and implementing changes in-line with recommendations.Understanding and experience working with Information Security and IT
