Opportunity Available!! Our well known client in the Logistics sector is looking to employ an Assistant Administrator to join their dynamic team in East London. Job Description: Obtain operational KPI's from the various departments on a daily basisRecord, update and send KPI's to General Manager and other relevant stakeholdersMonthly contract review presentation Month staff and union management meeting presentation Drafting and distributing of timesheets Assist with the drafting and distributing of communication and lettersPrepare venue and assist in preparing require refreshments for in-house training programsOrganising meetings and taking minutes as requiredCapture and record attendance on General Manager groupAssist with and comply to all reasonable ad-hoc requests and instructions as required from General Manager and directors Capture and record overtime for all areas, send reports to Head Office on a monthly basisSAP Application for new employees, SAP re-in statements, SAP role updatesCreate training documentation according to the applicant's requirementsRegister new employees for the SAP AccessCapture and record all assets verification, liaising with head office in an annual plan asset verification and registering any new items with head office To conduct and execute daily tasks and function in a cost-conscious manner (where applicable)Schedule meetings and manage General Manager's calendarPlan travel: flight bookings. vehicle rentals and accommodationRun errands as when requested Drafting and distributing of Birthday calendarJob Requirements: Grade 12Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in related field is desirable Valid drivers license Up to 6 months experience in AdministrationKnowledge and skills: Knowledge of basic clerical, operational or customer service skills acquired through education, experience or on the job training High degree of administration skills High level of computer proficiency - MS Word, Excel, MS Power PointBasic knowledge and skills of Human Resources Management and personal managementSECTOR: Logistics, Warehouse & Freight.special-hidden { display: none; }
