Job description To at all times do your bit towards achieving our purpose to Inspire people to live an active life, this is achieved by believing and living our values through all we do, always innovating, inspiring people, have fun and do the right thing.Manage and co-ordinate all reception and front of house functionsWhere there is no Club V Manager, co-ordinate and manager club V staff and facilityEnsure that all systems and procedures are implemented within the departmentOversee and manage the day-to-day administration and programming of all club activitiesBe responsible for all accounting systems and procedures that are within the role of the reception teamOversee all cash handling in line with club proceduresAct as Duty Manager on a weekly basis or as requiredEffectively lead the front of house teamManage and resolve all member complaints and concerns Minimum requirements Matric qualification essential 3 years proven experience in a front line role, ideally within a similar 4/ 5 star facility1-2 years team management experience ideally within a customer service environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literacy in MS Office Suite Be able to work shifts which includes weekends and public holidays
