Requisition Details and Talent Acquisition Details Req: Lebohang Monate Job Family Administration, Operations and Facilities Career Stream Operations Leadership Pipeline Manage Self: Technical Job Purpose To ensure financial transactions are processed within the agreed turn-around times in terms of the laid down procedures and processes to effectively manage risk within the bank. To manage new and existing value added products on the MFC system. Attend to New Business and Stakeholder queries effectively and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Manage internal Phantom Lists Documentations and SLA's to be managed and updated where required. Manage new and existing products on Vaps Database. Communicating with the Underwriter, Administrator and Call centre involved (stakeholders) to get the required documents before loading the product/ new underwriter. Provide regular feedback to keep stakeholders updated with the progress. Bank account changes to be done according to set processes and procedures. Update stats daily on shared folder. Manage the following queues and ensure they are cleared within 48 working hours: Closure Vaps Queue Capital Adjustment Queue Underwriter / client cancellations are done within agreed SLA. Refunds and commissions are calculated correctly and client/Dealer refunded the correct amounts. Restructures are done and Vaps removed from clients account. Attend to New Business Queries in regards with VAPS sold from Dealer. Attend to Underwriter Queries. NBB: Capturing Payments Ensure recon is cleared daily. Prepare and payout requisitions. Remain at all times familiarized with policies and procedures as laid down by MFC. Ensure all assessments and acknowledgements received, are up to date. Apply policies and procedures without fail to minimize risk and optimize customer retention. Complete all adhoc tasks as handed to you by management timeously. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through collaboration; information sharing and giving and receiving feedback. Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc.). Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g. Green Strategy). Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank. Resolve work obstacles by monitoring and managing on a case-by-case basis and early escalation where required. Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Preferred Certifications Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting , Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Essential Certifications Preferred Certifications Minimum Experience Level 2-3 years’ experience working in insurance, financial, admin and or process management environments. 2-3 years’ recon experience. 3-5 years’ banking experience.
