We are seeking a Manger of Architecture and Integration to join our team at Bendigo Health. We offer hybrid onsite/work from home working arrangements, salary packaging and an additional bonus week of leave (5 weeks annual leave in total).

Salary per hour (exc. super): $53.74
Hours per fortnight: 76
Employment Status: Fixed-term 18 month contract

The Architecture and Integration Manager provides management, instruction, direction and leadership to the Architecture and integration group of staff and specialists. This team is more technical and drives digital transformation and system implementations. Integration is a key component of this team and its function.
The Architecture and Integration Manager will facilitate the day-to-day coordination of the team and is responsible for driving performance within the team, quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team and reporting results to the Director. The position often works within the team, as a senior team member, carrying out similar functions and tasks but with the additional management responsibilities and accountability.
Management duties will include embedding business as usual systems and processes, performance reviews, procurement and contract management and review, liaising with vendors, staff management, performance management, recruitment, time and attendance monitoring, system and application administration and out of hours on-call roster and support. Another key duty for this role will be business engagement, with the management of architecture this role is required to engage with business and end users, requirement gathering and system changes, and excellent communication and processes.

With the primary focus of providing excellent customer service and support to our system end users, the Architecture and Applications team manage the implementation, maintenance consolidation, integration and development of corporate and clinical information systems at Bendigo Health.
The Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS) model provides for a single Regional Chief Information Officer who oversees delivery of the core and non-core services to all members of the Loddon Mallee Rural Health Alliance (LMRHA). The services delivered by the LMSS enable a supported delivery of core services to all Agencies within the region, and access to non-core services as required, whilst leveraging its position to engage services to support all Agencies.
