Organisational Development Consultant- Finance Management Group

Our team is growing therefore we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Organisational Development Consultant to support the delivery of our people and talent management practices.

At its core, our Finance Management Group strategy is to strengthen foundations and enable growth through a scalable, responsive, financial management function leveraging modern technology – you could help to deliver on this transformation.

Join our dynamic global HR team working closely with the Global Talent Lead. The Global Talent team partner with HR and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that attract, develop and retain talent across all global locations. Develop change, capability, and program initiatives to support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent identification and development, DEI, performance management, succession and retention.

To support our people and transformation strategy, you will require strong relationship and interpersonal skills; strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet project deadlines. To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience from either talent, organisation development, organisational design or HR Business Partnering, along with an ability to demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills, in addition to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Whilst this role partners with the Financial Management Group you will be joining a wide and diverse HR team within our Corporate Operating Group.
