About Us:

About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced OSHC Program Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day organization, management, and leadership of our OSHC program, including but not limited to the following:
Grow, manage, and lead a team of educators.
Manage day to day operations.
Provide quality education and care services for children and families.
Monitor and maintain compliance with the National Law and Regulations.
Ensure budget is well maintained, including staffing levels and spending.
Fostering positive relationships with the school community.
Management of key stakeholder relationships
The position will be 38 hours per week, working before and after school care shifts, including vacation care.
Essential requirements for this position are:
NSW Working with Children Check
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or School Aged Care
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills;
Proven success in service compliance and leading the program and practice
A current first-aid certificate, asthma and anaphylaxis training and child protection training or willingness to undertake training in this area
The ability to interact well with children and build positive relationships with families.
Ability to work and contribute to a team
Passion for furthering your own professional development with Gowrie NSW
The ability to act as Nominated Supervisor
