Implement and maintain Human Resources Policies and procedures in line with the organization’s business plan and policies
Ensure HR policies are compliant with regulatory employment standards
Carry out recruitment activities promptly and matched with job profiling as closely as possible to management requirements by effective coordination of specifications with recruitment sources and/or applicants.
Carry out recruitment for Foreign Workers & Expatriate Staff from scratch until deploy.
Liaising with other related party and government Department
Responsible for on-boarding, confirmation, change of employment condition and resignation – Employment, Job description (JD), Induction, probation.
Training & Development
Attend to Government & Customer audit and its requirement.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues, staff counselling and all other employee relations matters
Handling of preparing & submitting monthly, quarterly & yearly government report.
Prepare memorandum & others report as required
Responsible to any ad hoc tasks that assigned by the management when necessary from time to time.
