Responsible for procurement, contract and cost management activities and deliverables for all projects within the INTEGRA Group.
Develop and articulate policies and guidelines for procurement, contract and cost management
Develop and articulate an effective vendor prequalification system
Ensure compliance with centrally developed processes and policies
Drive cost-reduction initiatives
Provide insight into industry cost benchmark and impact
Oversee tendering process
Responsible for final review and recommendations of tenders
Lead the negotiation with contractors/consultants to obtain the best price/cost for healthcare development
Ensure contractors/consultants are appointed based on good track records and satisfy the requirements as defined in the Operating Procedures / Policies
Develop partnerships with key suppliers to reduce procurement costs
Lead and coach individuals in the unit/department to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in delivering business results.
Endorsement and preparation of claim certificate.
Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
At least seven years of relevant experience in procurement and inventory management functions in a Rehab /hospital environment.
Computer knowledge and skill are essential.
