The Customer Care Specialist role is all about providing high quality, seamless and knowledgeable end-to-end service for both clients and lenders. Through using your technical knowledge and superior ability to build rapport with others, you will keep all stakeholders engaged and informed.

The Role:
Answer calls from brokers and customers 
Assist with their enquiries - related to accounts, settlements, internet banking etc. 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues 
Escalate to other departments / staff members as required.
Liaise with Brokers
Answer questions related to credit policy / processes for submitting applications.
Direct brokers / applicants to relevant forms, rate cards and information. 
Support the employment verification process pre settlement.
Borrower engagement
Contact borrowers to congratulate, confirm settlement completion, provide account details and steps to set up internet banking etc. 
Post settlement enquiries.
Manage construction progress payment.
Assist Settlement Officer with settlement process.



Requirements

Required Experience: 1 - 2 years of customer service
