As the Procurement & Logistics Manager, Specifically, you will:
 

Lead the team to execute and support strategic sourcing plan to improve productivity, quality, and filtrate
Lead the sourcing department managing supplier relationship through VE/VA workouts; negotiate, implement, and manage supplier contracts and service level agreements as well as maintain supplier relationships and be sensitive to competitive landscape
Institute world class procurement/ sourcing tech. processes and practices to improve the efficiency of purchasing operation and to ensure all working procedures in alignment with the goals and directions
Maintain a stimulating working environment that maximizes employee performance and effectiveness through leadership guidance, and training/ development
supplier management, project management, product improvement, cost down initiatives, working capital improvement
Forecast & solve all the difficulties & critical issues in the process and proactively coordinate with customers and vendors
Regularly Collect related products, pricing & supplier information in the Asian market, and also effectively manage and maintain good relationship with suppliers & customers to establish and maintain the supplier database
Develop and implement annual business plans & goals and budget for sourcing depts. to support corporate strategy and ensure a cost-effective service is provided.
Annual Capacity Review VS Total Demand on RM, Component & Tooling, etc. Monitor master update of material, item cost, etc.
PO placement, shipment follow up, payment term confirmation/ negotiation

Good product knowledge & understanding of market trends in related Industry
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques & strategies, negotiating vendor, managing inventories, value-added vendor benefits
Proficient in English & Chinese communication, able to communicate fluently with people from worldwide & local vendors
Superior people that demonstrate ability to lead, establish and maintain productive and effective working relationships
Strong project management, negotiation, interpersonal communication, organizational & presentation skills
Ability to institute quality management concepts, process improvement and change management
Proven track record of developing and executing successful YOY productivity projects & supplier development
Good problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and possess ability to handle / prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ambition to provide significant contribution for the growth of the Company
Superior presentation, planning, organizational, project management and purchasing negotiation skills
BS or MS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, EMBA is a plus
Have knowledge of ISO9001 / TS16949 / automotive standard is added advantage.
Knowledge in ERP system, e.g. SAP, JDA
10 + years solid merchandising experiences in the related industry
3-5 years experiences in supervising merchandising staffs
