Your new role
As a Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Handling customers orders, customs compliance matters on imported goods, HS code tracking, and customs clearance documentation
- Resolving customer requests or complaints with aims to continuously improve service delivery level
- Work closely with internal team members to analyst market trends and opportunities to provide the optimum customer experience and solutions
