The Role : Procurement System Specialist

Entegris is seeking a Procurement System Specialist as part of the Procurement Center of Excellence. The newly hired Procurement System Specialist will be a global resource for Entegris focusing on process administration of procurement programs. They will develop, support, guide, and enhance Procurement sites within multiple software platforms including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Agile Point and other 3rd party software. They will administer procurement programs through existing software and established processes. They will support the development of automated tools and databases and continuously improve tools in support of Procurement and Business teams. The Procurement COE Procurement System Specialist will be the focal point for the Procurement organization in support of information storage, sharing and maintenance.

In this role you will:

Be responsible for maintaining existing procurement programs through workflow administration.
Work with procurement and category managers to enhance existing tools and processes used in various procurement programs/initiatives.
Perform daily workflow activities and transactions to maintain efficient flow of systems and processes.
Master Data Management
Create and maintain training documentation for workflows as well as internal and external software site navigation.
Collect and facilitate best practice sharing.
Support the procurement organization to achieve target goals.
Create and present materials including presentations, data sheets and training.

Degree or job-related experience in purchasing.
At least 4 years working experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Teams site creation and maintenance.
Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills.
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
Experienced leading and administering program.
Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with individuals at all levels.
Able to work independently and as part of a team; work well under deadlines.
Experienced in spotting issues arising and trouble shooting.
The ideal candidate is a high energy individual who thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
Experience working in cross-cultural environment; prior experience with a multi-national company is desirable.
Ability to work in a hybrid manner (some onsite, some offsite) as well as participate in telephone calls outside of typical working hours.
