This opportunity is highly suited to a self-driven individual who enjoys a role with great diversity and opportunity for growth. Our ideal candidate is a Team Assistant, or an up-and-coming Personal Assistant - capable of assisting multiple people with varying management styles and needs.

Immediate tasks will be broad and will include:
Managing the day to day operational and administrative activities for the team, including coordinating internal and external meetings and diary management.
Supporting the management of divisional documentation.
Coordinating travel and accommodation requirements.
Reconciliation of monthly expenses.
Running tenant customer financial reports, sales and arrears balances
Assist in coordination of internal team events & Customer events where required.
Assist in the management and maintenance of CRM database.
Coordinating divisional meetings, capturing minutes and following up action items.
Participation in business improvement workshops.
Management of filing, archiving, scanning, storage management and general administration.
Assisting with the induction and on-boarding of new starters in the team including liaising with IT.
Point of contact for visiting interstate employees.
Coding, approval and processing of invoices.
Liaising with different stakeholders to ensure effective communication and requirements are met amongst the team.
Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Someone who enjoys a role with great diversity, working quite autonomously on your everyday tasks, whilst also being engaging, responsive and supportive when working as part of a team. You need to be confident to ask questions, be open to feedback and able to work with multiple management styles.
