This Business Manager role sits within the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) department of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). This position is an Associate level Business Management role supporting the Global Investment Banking (GIB) business.

Support Business heads to define and drive revenue growth strategy and business priorities
Business reviews, resources analysis and budgetary process
Expenses management
Drive connectivity between lines of business to grow market share
Oversee client prioritization and pipeline management across various product lines
Analyze and report key trends and themes for senior audiences
 Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings and business reviews
Financial projects including forecasting, revenue reconciliation, balance sheet reviews, among others
Work with the Planning and Analysis, strategy and central team(s) to support accurate business analytics, financials and forecasts
Lead offsite planning/preparation, training and other initiatives
Work with regional/global business management team in delivery of regional/global deliverables
Partner closely with functional groups to drive and deliver the risk and control agenda for the Business
Project manage existing and new business initiatives and drive to completion in a timely manner

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Finance, Strategy or Business Management functions in the financial services industry
An ability to work independently and under pressure in a very dynamic environment
Excellent attention to detail, articulate in written and verbal communication and can present and support their own conclusions to senior audiences
Proficiency in Excel and experience in generating high quality PowerPoint documents is required
Strong analytical, problem solving skills with an ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritize or adapt with ever-changing and sometimes conflicting demands
A thorough understanding and appreciation of risks and controls, with a drive to improve processes and resolve outstanding issues
A self-starter with an excellent attitude, motivation and an ability to learn quickly
