The dynamic position of Regional Manager has become available to support the existing Team Leaders in the Sunshine Coast area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of client satisfaction across the region, in addition to managing business operations. Previous experience working with people with Mental Health or ABI will be an advantage, as will be a working knowledge of the NDIS. But without a doubt, your most important skill will be the passion for providing outstanding service to your residents. This position will suit an existing Regional Manager or an experienced Team Leader desiring progression in their career.
