This growing healthcare organisation, based in the inner city suburbs, require a Manager, Health Integration. You will be responsible for leading and guiding the continuous improvement of commissioning activities, ensuring the needs of consumers and carers within the community are understood and valued.
Your key responsibilities include:
Identifying key stakeholders, referrers, client groups and other applicable parties to build and maintain strong relationships to drive service models, equity and access
Ensuring stakeholder collaboration supports the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the organisation’s activities
Delivering all applicable programs and services in accordance with funding contracts and organisational procurement policies
Ensuring commissioned activities are delivered efficiently and effectively whilst engaging service users, clinicians, key stakeholders and community to guide service development and improvement
Using evidence, including data and qualitative sources, to inform service evaluation and improvement
About you:
A working knowledge of healthcare systems, nursing, general practice or commissioning
Proven experience coordinating and managing successful multi-stakeholder projects or programs
Project and process management experience is essential
Qualifications or relevant experience in education or health system improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication including report writing and presenting is essential
Experience in quality improvement methodology, application and implementation
A positive and proactive approach to work
A full drivers license
