The Role You Could Play:
Reporting into the Store Renewals Manager, you will work with cross functional departments and stakeholders to ensure that we are continually advancing our stores presence through the new store opening process and renewals pipeline.
You will have a strategic and hands on role to play, which focuses on developing improvements that align to industry best practice and can be introduced to the current MECCA store transformation process.
This is an amazing opportunity to innovate and partner with our retail teams to deliver store projects that excite and provide experiences to our customers like no other!
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the store renewal (new stores, store flips, store closures, store pop up) critical path process’ with frequent cross functional collaboration
Optimizing the performance of all store renewals by developing project manager frameworks and building internal documentation that create efficiencies and provides clear internal communication and guidelines
Lead working in progress and project update meetings in line with MECCA new store critical path requirements
Ensure all relevant project financials are managed & delivered within budget
Provide in field support to the on-site set up team to ensure that the store opens/closes as scheduled & in line with expectation
Liaise with, build & foster strong relationships with external suppliers and contractors as required through the NSO process when required
What you will bring:
Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence, engage and inspire other stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
Ability to work independently, efficiently and take initiative
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency and intermediate to advance MS Excel skills
An overall passion and commitment to ongoing continuous improvement
