Are you an administration superstar looking to kick of 2023 with a new contract? Seeking a skilled Administration Coordinator to join a highly engaged team with a State Government Agency. Provide effective and efficient project administration support within the Executive Office, specifically you will deliver HR Administration support to a high-volume recruitment campaign. Based in Melbourne CBD and close to public transport. Contract position until May 2023, potential to extend for the right candidate.

Easy to fill timesheet and on-time weekly payment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Scheduling, use of internal systems and work-flow processes to progress recruitment processes
Documentation, frequent collaboration, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Arranging office meetings such as booking and preparing venues, agendas, catering, minutes etc
Operate a variety of data entry tasks, phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Prepare materials and documents including briefings, reports, presentations, publications, PowerPoint documents, graphs and charts
Job Requirements:
At least 12 months experience in Administration and/or HR Administration support
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbally, with all levels of internal staff
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong computer skills
Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
Effective problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail
Able to exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion when required
Must be fully vaccinated
Must have the rights to work in Australia and be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check
