About the team

 

The Project Manager sits within the Internal Audit and Fraud & Corruption Prevention Unit. This team sits under Corporate Services branch of TfNSW. The Corporate Services Division is comprised of six branches, each helping to support and enable more than 30,000 colleagues across Transport. They safeguard the business by enabling our people to act wisely, comply well and consider risks sensibly.

 

 

The Opportunity

 

Right now, we are seeking a Project Manager/Change Manager to join and lead various projects whilst managing various reporting, business improvement initiatives and business unit comms strategies. This position is Full time, Permanent and available Immediately.

 

You will be responsible for managing Internal Audit and Fraud & Corruption Prevention performance reporting to various governance channels (e.g. Audit and Risk Committee, rail agency exec committees)

 

What you will be involved in:

 
Project and Change management of

Strategic initiatives arising from our internal functional strategy
Business improvement initiatives arising from the Internal Audit practice quality assurance and improvement program
Business improvement initiatives arising from the Fraud and Corruption Prevention quality assurance and improvement program

Development, integration, change management and training associated with the Service Now system
Support the new PID Act readiness activities and ongoing management post-implementation
Manage/support the Fraud and Corruption comms and training strategy / program
Support the Fraud and Corruption Prevention to manage their program of work
Assist in managing the Audit and Risk Committee
Assist in annual internal audit strategy and plan development
Assist in fraud and corruption framework and plan development/review
Manage finance, procurement and recruitment activity as needed

About you

 

We are seeking someone inquisitive and analytical with a background in Project management/Delivery and/or Change Management (At least 3 years). You must be a confident communicator with accurate written and presentation skills.
