You will bring to the position a strong customer service focus and use your efficient communication skills to deal sensitively with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Working with an ever-changing technology landscape through innovation and end-to end solutions.
Position Requirements
Completion of a certificate or associate diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience.
Proficient in the operation of computers, particularly the use and application of desktop software.
Using standard troubleshooting procedures and processes to respond to phone, electronic and face-to-face teaching technology requests from all CQU customers, and documenting and resolving them within the agreed service target timeframes.
Accurately entering data into the relevant system(s) for the scheduling of videoconferences and recordings and registering technical faults.
Providing excellent customer service and taking ownership of the issue or request and following it through with the client until it has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
