The Personal Assistant & Office Manager is responsible for the provision of confidential personal administrative and executive support to the Divisional Directors, demonstrating knowledge and experience in the operation of the Division. The Personal Assistant & Office Manager is responsible for office administration, project management, policy development, KPI tracking, roster management, managing communications, and providing a contact point for internal and external staff and stakeholders. Critically the Personal Assistant & Office Manager line manages the Divisional Administrative Assistant(s) including contributing to the resolution of complex and sensitive issues.
In this role you will have line supervision for the Divisional Administrative Assistants in the Division including responsibility for discipline matters, staff performance and ongoing staff development.
