The position: 
We are looking for  Customer Service Superstars  who have a genuine love for helping people. These are completely inbound roles where your customer base is some of the most important people in Victoria! 

  • Full-time permanent positions
  • $70,000 package 
  • Hybrid role  - 3 days in office, 2 from home (after training)
  • Rotating roster - Earliest start time is 8am, latest finish time is 7pm
  • Monday - Friday position with one Saturday a month.
  • Great location right opposite Parliament train station 
What we are looking for:
This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to take the leap from general phone-based customer service or a fast-paced face-to-face customer service role & move into one of the most exciting industries in the world, banking. 
  • genuine passion  for providing the best possible customer service & helping others
  • Experience within Banking or a contact centre is ideal but isn't a must
  • Excellent communication skills & a positive attitude
  • team player  who can work autonomously 
What the role entails:
  • Handling all inbound enquiries relating to all things banking: everyday banking, money transfers, updating details, term deposits & general enquiries. 
  • Providing  excellent customer service  all day, every day
  • Data entry/administration
