Client Relationship Manager – Ticketing

About the role

We are looking for a passionate relationship driven induvial to manage ticketing requirements for our key clients to consistently deliver events at Melbourne and Olympic Parks.

Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, this role will act as a key contact for our clients in facilitating their event ticketing needs by coordinating all aspects of ticketing services from conception to delivery.

Here are some of the game-changing things you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in:

Event Delivery

  • Work with Australia’s biggest promoters to help bring premium artists and events to Melbourne & Olympic Parks. Leveraging your knowledge of the entertainment industry and the current market to help shape event scaling, pricing, and sale strategies for our hirers.
  • Coordinate and manage Melbourne & Olympic Parks’ ticketing supplier’s activities regarding event builds, marketing, event day ticketing operations, event briefings, reporting and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with Melbourne & Olympic Parks venue teams to ensure a seamless event delivery, offering exceptional service and a world class experience to our hirers and guests.
  • Marketing and Analytics

  • Utilising cutting edge data analysis tools to monitor sales trends and identify audience demographics so that you can better inform Hirers of their customers and their behaviour.
  • Working with Hirers and our ticketing partner, identify sales and marketing objectives and assist in the planning and execution of targeted campaigns designed to increase yield and to meet those objectives.
