Job Overview
The role will be responsible to work on and manage a team purposed to partner with the Trade, Category Management & Regional Sales Teams in US/International markets and advance capabilities. The team member will build a seamless rapport with the point of contact overseas, address and initiate business requests, establish solutions through sophisticated reporting/ tool building/Shelf planning and superior presentations/visuals the work completed will be sent with an actionable analysis that showcases depth & breadth of business acumen.
The AM must have a strong grasp of alternatives and use thought leadership to make calculated decisions to influence how projects & capabilities shape up - this includes leveraging well-conceived proof of concepts, drive standardization & excellent Stakeholder Management.

- Accelerate engagement wi th Trade, Category Management & regional teams by displaying strong stakeholder management skills

Education & Experience

Education
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Business Management, Statistics, Marketing, Retail

Experience
Minimum years of related experience required: 4 - 6 years of Reporting and Analytics experience in CPG (or related) industry with People and Career Management experience, 2 yrs. of people management
Preferred years of related experience: 5 - 8 years of Reporting and Analytics experience in CPG (or related) industry with People and Career Management experience, 3 yrs of people management
Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
- Experience in data analysis with the ability to rationalize in apt and simplified manners
- Experience in category insights, reporting and dashboarding
- Technical Skills - MS Office suite, Tableau, market data analysis tools. Knowledge of shelf planning tools will be an added advantage
- Project management, People management, Career Planning, Talent Nurturing, Resource Mobilization
