Role: IT Support - Level I Helpdesk/ Service Desk
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Primary Skills: Active Directory, Networking, Printer Support, MS Server, ITSM Ticketing tool, O365 Apps, Troubleshooting skills on Applications/ Hardware
Secondary Skills: Zoho, Operating System Installations/issues
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 on-call rotational support of critical business applications as scheduled and required.


    2 - 4 years of experience working with cross-functional groups on proprietary applications or software support and as a super user in the role of functional analyst.
    Good experience on Active Directory, Networking, Printer Support, MS Server, ITSM Ticketing tool, O365 Apps, Troubleshooting skills on Applications/ Hardware
    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced constantly evolving workplace.
    Ability to provide onsite and/or on call support in a professional and business-like manner.
    Ability to work independently.
    Demonstrated ability aptitude in logical and analytical thinking, as well as display strong problem-solving skills with experience in using diagnostic tools.
    Strong Interpersonal skills.
    Strong written and communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with business partners and internal team members.
