Position: Executive - HR
Qualification: Any Graduate ( MBA Preferred)
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll
Location: Fort, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Checking daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
Supporting Payroll manager in salary processing by the end of each month
Depositing salary to bank physically.
Making report on payroll expenses & various compliances.
Issuing various letters to the employees i.e. Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Increment Letter etc.
Enter new employees' data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases & HRMS software
Answering employees queries w.r.t. compensation, benefits, taxes, insurance deductions, leave etc.
Expected from candidate:

Must have strong communication and coordination skills.
Should have proficiency in MS Excel.
