Job Title-
Admin Assistant cum Receptionist
Job Description-
1. Assisting & supporting Admin team for handling office administration tasks/activities
a. Handling petty cash
b. Assigning the housekeeping team to maintain the office area and all common areas in a
clean and tidy manner at all times
c. Provide administrative support to ensure operation of office.
d. Making travel arrangements for employees managing flight bookings, airport pickup and
drops, managing cars, hotel and restaurant reservations.
e. Ensures operation of all office equipment's/assets, preventive maintenance requirements,
call for repair.
f. Managing stationary to the employees.
g. Maintain inventory of all office supplies, housekeeping materials and office stationary etc
h. Handling housekeeping team.
i. Develop and maintain filing system.
2.Handling all front desk reception activities.
a. Answering and direct the phone calls in an polite and friendly manner.
b. Provide general support to visitors, managing and providing access cards & managing food.
C. Handling front desk activities
