Opportunity

An interesting role in the functional product organisation, which is
responsible for the E2E processes at Maersk, ensuring we are defining
business requirements for our Platforms such that we are building world
class user experiences and customer journeys.
Multiple Functional Product Owners/Managers will own the end-to-end
process landscape at Maersk and ensuring standardization, automation,
embedded control measures and operational measurements. A key part is to
play a strong role in the Platform and Tech enabled Transformation at
Maersk.

Key responsibilities
List the 8-12 key responsibilities
The functional product manager is responsible for the functional design and
processes within the function. You will be responsible for the process design
and play a key role in the technological developments needed to support the
function. You will also play the role of change agent to deploy your design to
the organisation.
Key tasks:
. Accountable for evaluating customization requests and to decide on
transformation into a standard product part
. Understand the operational processes and drives improvement of the
process design
. Maintain an up-to-date Process Map along with inputs and outputs and
metrics to define operational success. Ownership towards the master data
that gets created or enhanced through the respective processes
. Co-create and drive the vision for your functional product scope
. Collaborate across various functions to ensure aligned experience to the
customer
. Accountable for developing the operational process roadmap and
requirements which serve as input for platform and processes for internal
products and our operations
. Be accountable for the continuous improvement of the functional product
by monitoring the quality of the customer experience from Maersk and end
customer point of view.
. Define the operational metrics that measures the success of the respective
Classification: Internal
process outcomes and tracking performance
. Work with Platform Product Owners in ensuring User Stories are delivering
the intended user, product, and business features
. Control Measures are established such that processes are deemed 'well
defined', 'repeatable', 'consistent' with no high impact audit findings from
internal or external auditors. All audit findings are progressed and closed to
completion within timelines
. Define Business Policy Choices to be made to enable high degree of
standardization to the process landscape.
