The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness will be responsible for working with HRBPs to proactively drive multiple aspects of talent management, strategic capability building, talent reviews and analytics and to execute / lead large scale, cross-regional org effectiveness initiatives including org design, change management, and learning efforts.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with business partners to sustain an inclusive culture that allows every person to reach their full potential, while attracting, developing, retaining and engaging extraordinary talent to fuel North America’s growth

  • Align talent strategy and assist with the advancement of our diversity and inclusion efforts

  • Consolidate and report on talent program activities (e.g., succession management, talent movement, talent architecture) for business leaders; presents ideas, business insight, and implementation approaches to HR leadership and business partners to increase the visibility of programs
  • Evaluate and enhance talent calibration tools and best practices, succession plans and targeted development plans for successors and other high potential talent that align with company process and long-term business objectives
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HRBPs to understand & assess development needs, skills gaps, design and implement development paths that build bench strength for the company
  • Lead the evaluation and enhancement of our strategic workforce planning approach that will align business strategy into meaningful talent actions to ensure we have the right people in the right role, with the right skills
  • Leverage analytics to measure impact of talent actions for business leaders
  • Partner with HRBPs to lead efforts for programs that create and sustain career pathing so employees can grow, develop and move across the company - leveraging internal mobility as a means to continuously create new opportunities for employees to gain exposure, capabilities, and experience
  • Build strong relationships and communicate with HRBPs to align the business strategy and organizational needs with the appropriate leadership development and change management solutions
  • Lead the design and management of the Org Effectiveness team’s performance scorecard and dashboard, monitor and manage reporting
  • Work with HR business partners to enhance data mining to prioritize and develop corrective action plans.
  • Support NA OE Lead with reporting on metrics measuring adoption of org effectiveness and transition efforts. 
  • Support NA OE Lead with working with the business units to develop medium- and long-term Roadmap of continuous talent, system and process improvements.
  • Support the region’s transformation and recovery by creating/maintaining org charts, supporting business case development and preparing documents for legal review and go-live (e.g. communications plans, separation packets, job descriptions, etc.). 
  • Track and report on all restructuring changes for NA finance, accounting and global HR partners. 
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in Human Capital Consulting and/or functional HR role focusing on Org design, Change Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning and/or Learning & Development, required

  • Ability to assume a leadership role in developing a positive company culture that drives engagement and business results

  • Ability to manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Knowledge of HRBP practices including organization design, compensation, performance management, organizational change, executive relationship building, etc
  • Solutions-focused, empathetic, and collaborative approach to implementing and improving people programs and processes to support the business
  • Strong understanding leading research, practices and innovations in Organizational Effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) able to create a story using data and research
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $133,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
