The Estee Lauder Companies is establishing a Global Transformation Office to carry the momentum from the Leading Beauty Forward program into the future, as ongoing transformation is required to continue to win in an increasingly volatile global marketplace. The Office will facilitate and steer all global major change programs impacting the longer-term course of the Company. This position will support the Global Strategy and Transformation Team and is based in New York City office with Hybrid model and expectation of coming into the office three days per week while working remotely up to two days per week.
Provide administrative support for 1-2 Vice Presidents/Executive Directors within the Transformation Office. Help to effectively manage, organize ever-changing priorities, using good judgment and self-discipline. Must be comfortable working in a highly complex, fast moving business environment. A professional, positive and calm demeanor is essential in managing the fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will function in a fast-paced, demanding work environment while exhibiting excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Ensure effective ongoing operations of VPs office, ability to multi-task.
Handles/manipulates heavy calendar to include: domestic and international travel, scheduling daily meetings, and senior management requests.
- Handles expense reporting. 4.Maintain up to date appointments, requests and agendas for events on calendar. 5.Gather and organize meeting materials in advance. Reserve conference rooms and work with Office Services for room-setups, audio-visual needs, security, transportation of materials, catering, etc. 6.Screen incoming calls, relay detailed messages and maintain call log. 7.Review all mail delivered to office 8.RSVPs / Restaurant Reservations / Car Services 9.Arrange catering/set up to include but not limited to: breakfast, dinners, team meetings and off-sites. 10.Order office supplies and handle other office related procurement activities as needed.
Minimum of 2-4 years previous work experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Mature with strong work ethic, high level of integrity, sense of dedication, and commitment to strive for excellence.
Exemplary professionalism, diplomacy and discretion when handling matters of a confidential nature

U.S. CORPORATE/OFFICE NON-EXEMPT ROLES
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26 to $39. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
