The Operations Coordinator performs the daily cashiering and operational functions for the branch office. The Coordinator is also responsible for liaising between the branch and home office on operational matters as well as providing overflow support to other branch associates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise between the branch and home office for all operational matters that arise and communicate the impact to branch personnel.
Provide overflow support for the daily operation of the Financial Advisors’ businesses not limited to opening client accounts, preparing and processing investment documentation, facilitating outgoing check requests and other disbursements, and maintaining current client information.
Effectively collaborate and work as a team with a diverse group of individuals.
Ability to organize large amounts of information and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years’ Administrative experience
