Position Description: Brand AdministratorCape Town Contract The opportunity:If you are interested in a Brand Administrator opportunity with a focus on sports, this could be the opportunity for you. Whether you live an active lifestyle, or have an interest in sport, the role will require you to use this energy in managing marketing campaigns.The main purpose of this role is to support the brand manager in the planning, delivery & management of the Nike account for the brand. Responsibilities:1. Assistance on Nike Campaigns, Launches & Categories within the online & in-store space Briefing Agency – campaign & always on monthly requirements Providing feedback to agency Briefing of the Totalsports social & digital team of all Nike campaign requirements Management of all Nike assets Conducting regular and transparent communication between all stakeholders – Agency, Nike, Totalsports Sharing and scheduling content with Totalsports Marketing team Following up on outstanding content or scheduled content Arranging stock/samples for any Nike shoots for campaigns Managing the campaign calendar for Nike Managing all bespoke Nike VM requirements – upkeep & maintenance2. Liaising with Merch Team Work closely with Apparel & Footwear team on launches and stock availability3. Yoobic Boost Briefing Yoobic Team on courses for any new/existing Nike launches on a weekly/monthly basis4. Nike Budgets & Invoicing: Monitoring budget vs actual spend from Nike & ensuring that all parties are aligned Invoicing Nike on all digital, SEO, VM and adhoc spend5. Nike Digital Reports: Requested and sharing all AWO and campaign reports for Nike6. Nike SEO: Requesting and sharing all SEO reports Point of contact between agency & TFG Labs on SEO project & requirements for Nike project Check & approve all Nike SEO copy Managing all brand page requirements on Totalsports site Requirements:Matric (Grade 12)Marketing related qualification degree /diploma (Advantageous)Min 6 months Marketing Administration experienceExcellent organisational and coordinating skillsNumerical abilityHigh attention to detailHigh energy and enthusiasm levelsAbility to work under pressure in a deadline driven environmentGood interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work independently as well as in a teamComputer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced) Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
