Our growing team of heads is working from 10 offices all over the world Reports To Head of Global Operations Your role The mission of our Head of Recruitment is to help RoomRaccoon become the most adopted hotel management system in the world by ensuring that we double our headcount year on year by attracting and recruiting a large number of top talent into our organisation in quarterly onboarding cycles, while managing a Recruitment Team. Your primary responsibilities will be: Understanding our recruitment requirements and working with our hiring managers to ensure that they are based on organisational requirements and market trends within the global hotel tech industry Develop a global recruitment strategy and roadmap that ensures that our recruitment and hiring thereof is based on the right talent needed for sustainable growth and retention (in a scale up) Design and implementation of data-driven, go-to-market strategies that will attract top talent across complex and competitive global tech markets Ensure weekly, quarterly and yearly targets and objectives for the Recruitment Team are understood upfront and being met, based on our one page strategic plan (OPSP) Work closely with the Head of People to improve our employer branding to attract top talent across the globe and to increase the talent pipeline of candidates Build recruiter capabilities to take advantage of the latest technology and social networking platforms in order to identify and attract talent. Leverage technology to ensure reporting, tracking of progress and achievement of results Empower the Recruitment Team by coaching, developing, and leading them via our company values Ensure that the team is consistently providing an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience Work closely with the Head of People to ensure a smooth onboarding programme by providing the necessary information in a clock speed manner for international hires that need to fly into one of our offices for their first two weeks Level up our recruitment cycle and checklist to ensure that it is one-of-a-kind and an unforgettable experience You will be accountable for Recruitment and Selection Targets being met by the Recruitment Team for quarterly onboarding cycles (e.g 40 hires per quarter). This is your North Star Achieving a 4.25 star rating for the Average Recruiter Rating for your team Ensuring hiring managers follow the Recruitment SOP at all times Leveling up our recruitment process and checklist Our perfect fit has/is A qualification in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology 5 years of global recruitment experience Experience of leading a team of recruiters Experience recruiting in a global start up or scale up such as RoomRaccoon Experience recruiting engineers and software developers Sales and negotiation skills to be able to sell our employer value proposition Good managerial skills and able to inspire the team to meet targets Resilient and able to manage change and decisions Strong and effective communication skills Able to partner with key stakeholders to ensure results are achieved and manageable Leadership knowledge with a strong ability to influence Passionate about tech and the hotel industry Results driven Shares our core values:
