We are looking for a high energy person that LOVES children and LOVES to cook nutritious meals. You will be responsible for all things nutrition and food service, including school events that require food. You must be quick on your feet and very organized to get meals out and on time to all classrooms each day.

Your responsibilities include preparing all meals and snacks according to BFTS guidelines, planning menus and ordering food for the school.

Hours are from 7:00am-4:00pm and include a morning and an afternoon bus run. No special license is required to drive our 14 passenger buses. You will take children to and from the elementary schools in the morning and afternoon. Position is available February 1, 2023.

Encourage healthy eating habits through delicious and nutritious foods.
Maintain a keen awareness of children who have allergies and food restrictions.
Ensure food service area and food are free of nuts, nut products or food items that have been processed in a facility that also processes nut products.
Follow the daily menu prepared in collaboration with or by the Director.
Assist with ordering food and calculating the amount needed.
