What you’ll do
This is how you bring your role to life:
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide support in the design of innovative product roadmaps to create competitive differentiation, growth, cost savings, and customer service improvements
• Collaborate with team members to design superior customer products, services and experiences that drive growth and profitability across multiple product portfolios and segments
• Take ownership of assigned work tasks, leveraging your knowledge and practical experience in product economics to quickly and efficiently create high quality output within agreed delivery timeframes
• Take initiative to analyse and identify product performance, market trends and commercial matters as they relate to the product or a component of a product, including competitive threats and regulatory issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within your team to help Telstra deliver great customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction
• Leverage your sound communication skills to contribute to design sessions with product and development teams to experiment and incubate great ideas that resolve customer pain points
• Apply and continue to build your knowledge in best practice market trends through active thought leadership, and contribute specific product, segment or domain expertise to enable the team to continuously improve product performance
• Apply your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to help evaluate and resolve key impediments to the evolution of Telstra’s product portfolios
• Apply Agile practices and mindsets when working in Agile teams or within Telstra’s Agile operating model

Remuneration Range: AUD 65,858 – 100,200
