What does the role involve?
The Partnership Manager is part of the Community, Sustainability and Stakeholder Engagement team and supports the Australia Post business by protecting and enhancing Australia Post’s reputation and its social licence to operate as well as the wider community through delivery of an established community strategy.
The Partnership Manager will support the Senior Community Relations Manager to deliver meaningful and measurable programs of work across Australia Post’s key areas of focus – disaster preparedness, response and recovery, mental health and First Nations Children’s literacy.
Key to success in this role will be working collaboratively across the enterprise and fostering productive and respectful relationships with key Community partners. You will build effective relationships at all levels of the business and develop a deep understanding of business and community needs as well as stakeholder audiences.
