JOB DESCRIPTION Oversee the daily operations of the property Work with guests to assist with any complaints and provide solutions in a respectful manner Being a hands on leader you will supervise and mentor Team Members showcasing your excellent leadership skills as a natural motivator. Provide a high level of customer service and a genuine personable service style that blows our guests away Assist in the preparation of rosters and use Excel on a daily basis Must have previous experience within a hotel Front Office environment You are a strong Guest Service Agent who is ready to take that next step or a supervisor or team leader looking to build their skills with Accor. You are open to learning and growing your career within Rooms Division You have a vibrant and outgoing personality Enjoy engaging with guests and your team – you’re a people person! You are a true professional in all aspects You will be flexible to work a range shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends Knowledge of Sihot PMS advantageous
