To lead New Model Development and Research & Development activities

To ensure flow and procedure of New Model Development and Research & Development meet internal (management) and external (customer, certification body requirement)

To review and approve schedule compilation and cost incurred related to product testing as per customer specification and requirement

To review and ensure all the technical specification required by customer or internal reflect to product drawing.

To ensure all record keeping of the technical specification originate from customer, TA, or internal specification

To verify ECR initiate by internal (change that impact product’s form, fit function and reliability) or by customer

Oversee and ensure all ECN management conducted effectively and efficiently by following the procedure

To approve the APQP reporting report

To monitor sub-coordinate communication with TC/TA with matter related to technical and development

To review departmental KPI monthly report

To review, update and report engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

To undertake any assignment from superior
