Job Description

As a Retail Sales Representative, your responsibility is to develop CHEP business via retail engagement, including advocacy projects, In-store solutions and category management approach, in order to deliver rapid and profitable sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction. The role is remote with > % of travel in Bulgaria.

What you will do:

  • Create Retail Sales Strategy and lead all retail sales-related activities in Bulgaria
  • Manage Retail Sales work allocation and performance tracking
  • Identify major opportunities and develop a retail sales plan to achieve targets in nominated areas of responsibility
  • Manage In-store solutions at Retailers as a complete business category to accelerate and materialize the growth opportunity.
  • Build senior level relationships with prospects and sell in CHEP value
  • Develop commercial proposals in line with CHEP policy, offering newest solutions, procedures and processes
  • High level negotiation with senior client executives
  • Coordinate CHEP resources to convert opportunities and implement CHEP systems
  • Manage relationship with TOP Key Accounts Retailers to increase cooperation, advocacy and reinforce CHEP visibility via preparing individual solutions for Key Accounts
  • Ensure appropriate level of relationship with decision makers and other stakeholders at Key Account HQ
  • Respond quickly and effectively to problems and shortfalls and be pro-active in this
  • Maintain and improve the process to solicit customer feedback and identify trends
  • Comply with the safety legislation, policies and procedures
  • Who we are looking for:

  • Advanced Bulgarian and English language skills
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Experience in the retail/FMCG sector preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiation skills
