The Client Services Team
Client services are responsible for key strategic initiatives to support Dimensional’s interaction with clients and prospects.
Described broadly by Dimensional 360, the team are responsible for a suite of services available to an elite community of financial professionals who work with our firm. We bring four decades of experience working with financial professionals from diverse disciplines and business models, offering time-tested insights and solutions. Our mission is meet the sophisticated and evolving needs of our clients’ businesses. Dimensional 360 includes professional consulting, events, webcasts, client communities, training and marketing support via mydimensional.com.
The Opportunity
With initiative and proven success, the Associate will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Dimensional 360, work closely with our experienced Australian team and draw from extensive experience of our global client services group. The Associate will support the development and delivery of these services to clients across Australia and NZ.
There is flexibility for the successful candidate to be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office.
The Role
The Associate, Client Services will be responsible for the following:
Practice Management
Assist delivery of the Global Adviser Study
Assist delivery of the Global Investor Study
Assistance development of Practice Management presentations
Assisting delivery of Future Firm
Support Regional Director with preparation and participation in client meetings
Support Regional Director develop and deliver practice management offer
Assisting with and participation in liaison with sales team (GCG) and US and EMEA PM team liaison
Conferences, Webcasts and Communities
Coordinate with Marketing team on promotion of events, conferences & webcasts
Manage speaker assignments for Foundation Conferences
Assist with the development and delivery of marquee conferences – Practice Management Symposium, NZ Investment Symposium, Advanced Conference
Assist development and delivery of national webcast program
Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to produce presentations for speakers
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure high level communication pre and post conference/event
Manage webcast recording and publication
Manage CPD accreditation
Assist with the development and communication of quarterly resources for clients and regional directors
Assist with the coordination and delivery of Dimensional communities program.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record
1-2 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry (including internships)
Strong project management skills including project planning, time management, organization
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work equally well in a team environment and independently
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn programs as needed
Intention to pursue outside investment-related education (e.g., MBA, CFA, CFP)
