Reporting to the Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer service by processing orders, developing and maintaining customer relationships, whilst liaising closely with key stakeholders such as Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

You will be an energetic, autonomous all-rounder dedicated to maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring excellence in customer experience. No two days will ever be the same in this team!

The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Ongoing handling of customer enquiries
  • Processing and expediting customer orders
  • Daily reporting
  • Effective management of stocked lines
  • Maintaining non-conformance activity and credit levels
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external supplier relationships
  • Complying with WHS&E policies and procedures
  • What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience in Customer Service and/or administration will be highly regarded
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy with experience in Microsoft office suite particularly in Excel
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies
